I am doing this because I love what I do: I love playing with fire, I love creating sacred geometric patterns with my poi, I love to put smiles on peoples faces by performing, teaching or offering new fun toys to play with. I am making, selling, performing and teaching because it is my goal to bring more people into this moment (right now) by offering you a way to take your mind out of the equation and be fully present. I believe my efforts are helping to make people more conscious, which will ultimately create greater global consciousness and heightened energy levels.

In the process of using these "skill toys" you stop thinking about what you have to do today or your grocery list, and instead you become present in the moment. You will be fascinated by how healthy and liberating it feels to live in the moment, to be free of thought, to just allow yourself to BE.

We are very environmental friendly and try to use only recycled paper and inks when it comes to office related supplies. We try to re-use shipping containers when appropriate and only use excess shredded paper for packaging. Which means NO NASTY STYROFOAM PEANUTS! When it comes to performing and the use of fuels we always use a "spin-off can" and try to not let excess fuel touch the earth. Our finger loop handles are made from the unwanted remnants at leather stores, but don't be fooled, it is still top quality leather. In short, we are kind to the earth in every way we can be.

Policies

Hours of Operation

We are open 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. Our general response time for emails and phone calls is within 24 hours during the business week. If you send in an email on saturday, we may not get back to you until monday.

Environmental Practices

We try to use as much recycled material and material that can be recycled as possible. We do not send a paper invoice with your order so that we can reduce our paper usage, although you may request one if it is necessary. All of our papers, junk mail, and unwanted documents are shredded and then reused as packing materials. We try to reuse shipping boxes as much as possible, so if you get a box that looks like it has seen the world, it probably has. As a rule, we use exclusively paper shipping materials, no Styrofoam. We only use environmentally friendly and recycled paper to print the shipping label and recycle and reuse all printer cartridges. I ask you to please recycle or reuse the box your order arrives in. Thank you for helping to keep the earth a beautiful place.

We do not stock chemical or throw-away toys. All of the glow products we sell (and that we use personally) are battery-operated and we are constantly researching and utilizing rechargeable battery technology.

Shipping

Express mail is guaranteed within 48 hours, while next day delivery is generally not available.

Items that are in stock will generally be shipped out on the next business day. If I do not have an item in stock, or if you are ordering multiple items please allow for extra shipping time. All items are shipped out via priority mail, which takes 2-3 days for domestic orders. If you need something faster please let me know.

International customers

We can ship internationally to any country. You will have a choice of shipping depending on how fast you want the item and how much you want to spend. We can ship any type of Poi for $25 and have it there in less than 1 week. For larger bulky items it will take longer.

Please contact me before placing your order so I can give you a quote on international shipping charges.

Liability

By purchasing and/or using any of The Spinsterz products you agree that you are held solely responsible for your own safety, the safety of others and all use of our products. The Spinsterz assumes no liability for any damage or injury that may result from the use of our products.

Playing with fire is not a game. Only ignite when you are sure of your abilities and have a knowledgeable safety person at hand. Never spin fire alone!!

Privacy

All information and data stored from cookies is kept completely confidential and is not shared with any party but The Spinsterz. We want you to feel safe and protected when you shop with our business. The checkout process is secure and encrypted.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase when you receive it, you may return your unused product for a full refund or store credit. Items that we cannot accept back are Powerisers and any fire tool that has been soaked in fuel or burned. If a product breaks after a short time, we are very accommodating and will do our best to replace it.

Warranty

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, simply return your item for a replacement or refund.

We have been manufacturing and selling since 2004. And in that time, we've learned a lot about what makes a great performance tool and toy. We continually use all the gear that we sell and put it to the test with demos, performances and constant play.

The Spinsterz warranties most of it's products from manufacturer defect for 1 year from date of delivery.  If you need to send your parts back for repair, please email or call us at 503-737-7842 to discuss how to get your tools quickly repaired or replaced. There are some exceptions to this policy listed below.

Fire Fans - if you break a spoke of your fire fan off, this is not covered as this is due to normal wear and tear, not manufacturer defect.  

For warranties, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the product to The Spinsterz
