You have an LED hoop and that hoop eats batteries for breakfast! We carry a variety of batteries to work in most hoops.
These are a pretty common size for most 3/4" OD LED Hoops. They are the replacement batteries for our 14 and 28 LED Hoop as well.
If you are unsure if this battery will work or not, please shoot us a message and ask.
I would purchase from this shop again. The battery life is phenomenal, it came fully charged and was able to use it immediately! Just a heads up, I only received 1 battery so if you need extra just order more!!
Did not receive the right batteries for my 5/8 hoop and nobody has responded back to my complaints
Hello Makenzi, We have responded to you with instructions on how to return your batteries. We are happy to give you a refund. From the picture in your email, the battery you have says 10440, but you ordered a 14500, this would be like ordering a AA when you need a AAA. I hope this message gets to you if the other one did not.
The only batteries throughout my entire house thats got the juice to power up the good stuff!
It didn’t need a charge when it came and it’s the perfect fit
