Taped hoops are expected to wear over time and cannot be returned for wear due to average/expected use. We HIGHLY recommend adding clear protective tape to any taped polypro hoops.

THIS HOOP IS MADE FOR THE BEGINNER-INTERMEDIATE HOOPER.
This is a great hoop for someone that is already an intermediate hooper that is comfortable using a 3/4" polypro and wants to step up their game to the next level.
A 5/8" OD tubing is lighter and faster than 3/4" when you step down from 3/4" ro 5/8", the hoop is going to feel really light and different.
The Grow With Your Flow helps make that transition easier for you. You can start with a hoop size that is slightly larger than your 3/4" one, and it will make transitioning feel more comfortable.
As you progress as a hooper you can keep downsizing and trying out new sizes.
One of the best ways to become a well-rounded hooper is to always be adjusting to different sizes and weights. Your flow will improve, your creativity with the hoop will expand and you'll get better.
This hoop will help make that happen and save you a ton of money in the process.

Is this a Good Size and Weight for Me?
Size
When it comes to choosing a polypro size, this is going to be very subjective based on what your goals are, who you've been hanging out with and what they've been telling you.
Here's some guidlines:
3/4" is easier to learn with than 5/8"
Bigger is easier. A 34" is pretty common size for beginners.

What About Grip? What is 3M?
3M is a brand name company that makes a special sort of tape that makes hooping magic! The tape itself has a very soft rubbery texture to it that works wonders in keeping the hoop on your body and not easily falling down.
Some hoops, especially bare polypro can be very slippery on certain types of clothing. What this tape does is help grip your body and clothes which help keep the hoop from slipping down.
The tape itself is applied to the inner ring of your hoop (the part that touches your body on the inside of the hoop). It is applied as a long thin strip along the length of the hoop.
If you are wanting to do isolation, ghosting sort of play, I would not recommend getting grip.
The grip is NOT removeable, it leaves a sticky residue. You can however use GooGone and it will remove the stickyness if you choose to remove the grip.
Do You Measure Outside Diameter or Inside?
Our polypro hoops are measured from the outside diameter of the hoop.
Can I Travel With This Hoop?
Yes!
The hoop unclips and you can coil it down into a smaller version of itself. Be careful when coiling it down!
You don't want to kink or break your hoop baby!
Can I Add Fire Wicks to This?
You certianly can!
We recommend using 3/4" tubing for fire hoops as it is a lot more sturdy with the added weight of the Fire Hoop Wicks.

I'm one month into my hoop journey, and had been practicing with cheapo kiddie hoops and irrigation tubing hoops I DIY'd. This helped me know I wanted 5/8", but I can't tell you how incredible the polypro feels! The 3M makes a world of difference as well, and I'm actually able to hoop on-body with this as I can finally practice with a diameter that's slow enough for me to get the hang of it. Connections are working well for me, and changing sizes is a breeze. I was able to master the Goddess Machine because I "made it twins" and it was absolutely liberating. I ordered the multi-colored grow with your flow, along with a one-of-a-kind color blend hoop, and I’m in love with both. After placing the order, I realized I had been a bit over zealous and reached out to ask about color options for the grow with your flow. While you don’t choose the colors, my preference of color scheme was fully accommodated, all of my messages and emails answered and I received a beautiful hoop that is perfect for me. Since I opened it inside at night I didn’t notice until the next day that one of the sections was the new solar change tubing, which I’ve been dying to see, making it my favorite recent purchase. A few of the connections are a little tight, but they’re already loosening up (I’ve had it two days) and I’m really enjoying the options of different sizes! Highly recommend if you’re deciding between sizes and it’s beautifully built!
