We promised to make sure each item is packaged with care - we also re-use packing paper in efforts to cut down on waste. Returns and exchanges can be made within 90 days of the purchase date. We guarantee the craftmanship of this prop for 90 days. If anything were to happen with your prop, please email support@thespinster.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will not cover damage to props due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
