United StatesI followed all the guides and illustrations on your site to picking the right hoop for my wife's birthday but I failed miserably and was recommended a hoop that was very difficult for her to use. I tried to call for customer help but the phone number did not get me to anyone. Very dissatisfied.

If you were looking for something more weighted for waist/on-body beginner hooping, we definitely have other options available that would be a better fit!
