How does it work?

Photochromic Pigment changes colors when exposed to sunlight or UV light, and reverts to its original color when sunlight is blocked. After absorbing the energy of sunlight or UV, it's molecular structure is changed, which caused its absorbed wavelength to be changed allowing the color to appear.

NOTE:  Solar Change is UV sensitive and can change color several times over, however, keeping your Solar Change hoop out in the sun over time will create a "sunburn" on the pigment eventually causing it to cease changing color.

Our Own Specialty Tubing

This is The Spinsterz own custom tubing, we make all of our own polypro from our super-secret factory here in the USA.

The Solar Change tubing is EXACTLY the same as all of our other polypro and there is no performance difference in it. 

I only mention this as there is another brand of solar polypro tubing available that is a bit brittle and prone to cracking and breaking.
