How does the subscription work?


As a Spin Box Member, you’ll get a special hoop lovin box each month containing an exclusively created hula hoop by The Spinsterz Hoop Crafting Team! The type and design of the hoop are based upon the individual box plan chosen, Naked, Adventurer, Fitness, or Gem. Each box is shipped monthly just shortly after your initial billing date.


If you have chosen a Spinsterz Collection or International Spin Box, the box will be shipped seasonally and your first box will arrive shortly after your initial billing date.

After selecting either monthly or annual billing plan, you will be charged immediately at checkout. You will be sent an email confirmation of your order and will be given access to your Spin Box account right away.


Annual subscription:

If you sign up for the Annual Subscription paid in full you’ll pay upfront for a full year of boxes. You will not be charged for your subscription again until the end of your annual term. If you sign up for the 12 Month Annual Plan, you will pay the same amount monthly on your bill date until your 12 month period ends.


Your subscription automatically renews each year unless you decide to cancel before your renewal date. When your annual subscription renews it will renew to the monthly plan with no contract end date, allowing you to cancel your plan at any time.

Seasonal subscription:

If you choose to join as a seasonal member, you will pay your chosen box price, per box each season. The box will be shipped shortly after the initial bill date set on your first transaction.

How Much Does Spin Box Cost?


The price of your Spin Box, Spinterz Collection Box, or International Spin Box, is based upon the subscription plan chosen. These boxes not only offer unique handcrafted hoop gems, but you also get to enjoy them at a great saving each month!


Do you take returns or exchanges?


At The Spinsterz, we follow The Spinsterz Advantage on all our purchases! When you buy a hoop, we understand that you want to have this hoop forever and hope that it never breaks. We want to help you feel GREAT in your hoop purchase and do our best to make the highest quality hoops possible. We wanted to take this one step further and give you even more peace of mind by giving you 6-month FREE replacement and Lifetime Repair.


How Do I Cancel Or Pause My Subscription?


To cancel your subscription, just log in to your account through The Spinsterz Paywhirl Account, go to the subscriptions page, click the drop-down “-” and click “Cancel”. Once your Spinsterz Spin Boxes plan expires, the plan will not renew and you will no longer receive Spinsterz Spin Boxes. You can also choose to pause your box by skipping an installment, simply click “skip installment”, rather than losing out on your Hooping Good Deal!

Please take note: As hoop crafting is processed at the beginning of each month, we require a 30-day cancellation notice.

If I Cancel In the Middle Of a Subscription, Will I Still Get All My Spinsterz Spin Boxes?


If you cancel in the middle of a 12-month plan, you will continue to receive Spinsterz Spin Boxes for the length of the contract, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your plan. Connect with one of our Hoop Specialists if you need to talk about your commitment.



Do You Ship Internationally?


International Friends, we most certainly do ship internationally, however, do request an additional shipping cost based upon your location. If you are in another country, you can email us your name and location and we can follow up with estimated shipping.

*Please note we do offer an International Spin Box Subscription that is sent quarterly and offers 3 months worth of hoops in one box to help save on shipping costs.

*If your order is being shipped to an APO/FPO location please note it may take up to 45 days for your order to arrive depending on where you are located. While we will issue tracking details as soon as your order is shipped, tracking may not show any updates until it reaches its final destination.

How much does shipping cost?


Within the U.S. including Hawaii and Alaska, your Monthly Spin Boxes ship FREE! If are located outside of the U.S. we do charge shipping based upon your location. Refer to “ Do You Ship Internationally” for more details.


What do I do if my box is damaged during shipping or I am missing an item?


Any missing, damaged, lost, defective, or wrong/incorrect item(s) must be reported within 2 weeks of your delivery date. Please contact our support team atsupport@thespinsterz.com and we will assist you with filing a claim and/or getting your items replaced.

When will my box ship?

Here at The Spinsterz, we follow a 48-hour shipping code from your monthly billing date. Your box should arrive with 2 weeks from the date you are billed, unless shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Internationally.
