Returns and exchanges can be made within 90 days of the purchase date. We guarantee the craftmanship of this prop for 90 days. If anything were to happen with your prop, please email support@thespinster.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will not cover damage to props due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

IN LOVE TWICE

So I take these with me wherever I go now! My boyfriend enjoys them and we are able to get out and flow together! Not knowing anything prior to purchase I am happy with the product and glad I choose contact poi and not any set LED. We are beginners in poi and after trying our friends poi, my boyfriend now knows what he preferes. These are great for beginners! Getting to know the props have been rewarding for the both of us, especially during the Lock Down.
