1PM - 2:30PM - Beginner Acro Yoga

Learn the fundamentals you need to know to play with others! You'll learn partner stretches, counter balancing and lots of flow Acro moves. Classes each week. 

No experience or partner needed.

2:30PM - 4PM - All levels Acro Yoga Jam

Come play with your friends in a supportive environment. This is a non-instructed class. 

Cost: Donation Based
