WOW. Where to even begin. I ordered my wife her first hoop for her birthday because she's been wanting to get into it since I took her to her first festival. Unfortunately, when we had the perfect hoop shipped out, it was damaged severely on its way to me. I contacted the Spinzters team as fast as possible distraught with the situation. They immediately and without question overnighted a new hoop to arrive by her birthday still, and the problem was created and resolved in LESS than 24 hours. I have also learned that the team jumped through hoops (heh) and over hurdles because of a late driver and closed UPS office to get it to me. Working in customer service myself, this is the best that I have ever received. Won't buy hoops anywhere else and I'm so excited to give it to my wife; its the PERFECT hoop for her! Thanks, guys!
