Returns and exchanges can be made within 90 days of the purchase date. We guarantee the craftmanship of this prop for 90 days. If anything were to happen with your prop, please email support@thespinster.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

All of the right materials were there, however the polycarb tubing was not a perfect fit to the 3/4in OR 5/8in tubing I have. It was too small to make a complete connection, but I will be able to use them on different tubing.

I love these! However, I would like to see the connectors be cut just 1/4 - 1/2 of an inch longer. The connections must be made very close to the ends of the tubing in order to use them. It is especially hard to use for the 3/4 hoops with drilling the wider push button hole."

This package makes hoop building so convenient, each connector is the same size and fits easily into my 3/4 Polypro tubing from the Spinsterz. The connectors hold up to breaks and paddles and drops and also do fine under stress when your hoop is coiled down.
