Polycarbonate Connectors for 5/8" OD Polypro Hoops

We as hoop builders that have suffered long enough with too tight of tubing and connectors that don't fit. I'm tired of tight polypro tubing and boring out the inside of it. 

We are now offering several sizes of Polycarbonate hoop connectors so that you ALWAYS have a connector that fits, no matter how inconsistent your tubing is. 

The standard size polycarbonate for 5/8" O.D. hoops is 1/2" OD or .500" OD with a tolerance of +/- .003" - This is the industry standard. Though tolerances will vary depending on the plastic extruder. Some might have a tolerance of +/- .005" or more!

The sizes we offer for 5/8" OD hoops are:

• .503" - Great for tubing that is TOO LOOSE. - currently out of stock 6/4/2021
• .500" - Standard size
• .497" - For tight tubing
• .494" - For even tighter tubing

Polycarbonate Specifications

• Made for 5/8" O.D., 1/2" I.D. Polypro and HDPE hoops.
• Cut into 1.625" lengths.
• Pre-cleaned and ready to use (no burrs or furry bits)

Polycarbonate is the best choice for your hoop building needs. It is stronger than Polypro and HDPE, crack-resistant, shatterproof, and is very strong.

It's not indestructible mind you, people do break their polycarbonate connections, but not as frequently as a polypro or HDPE insert.

Returns and exchanges can be made within 90 days of the purchase date. We guarantee the craftmanship of this prop for 90 days. If anything were to happen with your prop, please email support@thespinster.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will not cover damage to props due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
