- Orders need to be received by 11 am PST to ship the next day.
- Order processed Monday through Thursday will ship in 24 hours.
- Orders placed on Friday will ship on Monday.

Not every item is eligible, but most all are. If you place a large order, it may take us more time to hand craft your hoops. If for whatever reason we cannot fulfill within 24 hours, we will reach out immediately and issue a refund for the priority processing fee.

We want you to get your new flow prop quick! The normal build time is 24 hours... but please always check the top of the website for current build times.
💨 We ship FAST. Monday - Thursday. Your order will ship out via the method you select at checkout. We promised to make sure each item is packaged with care - we also re-use packing paper in efforts to cut down on waste. Please make sure to read more on our shipping policy here as we will not be help responsible for mail carrier negligence in any form, but will aid in submitting claims if necessary.

Please inspect your new prop immediately upon receiving it!
Returns and exchanges can be made within 90 days of the purchase date. We guarantee the craftmanship of this prop for 90 days. If anything were to happen with your prop, please email support@thespinster.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will not cover damage to props due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

Paid extra for priority processing, still hasn't arrived. was supposed to arrive 3 weeks ago and EPOST GLOBAL LLC the shipper youre using still can't get it together. Its USA to Canada how do you screw it up this badly?

Thank you for making a purchase with us and for leaving feedback. I have looked into your order. You placed your order on 4/10 and added 'priority processing' which we saw and we were actually able to ship your order on the same day via the shipping method/carrier you chose at checkout which was Ground shipping. Tracking shows it took Global Post 5 business days to make it to Mississauga, Canada. I am now seeing Canada Post has had your package since 4/19 and your Canada Post tracking number is not updating. I would be happy to try and reach out to Canada Post and see if we can help move the package along in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot pick and choose what international carrier will pick up the package at the border when using Ground shipping.
Communication was great, they were very helpful and on top of responding quickly. The items came quickly and are amazing! I love the quality and plan to buy more from the spinsterz.
