This is a 38" diameter hoop which is a PERFECT size if you are brand new to hooping and want to get started.

Our Mystery Beginner Hoops are all in perfect working order, they are either returns that were the wrong size, might have a slight scuff on the tape or were used as trainer hoops for our new hoop tapers to practice on.

Arrived quickly, assembled easily (follow instructions for it to relax 24hrs) I didn’t want to decide between all the hoops and I decided to trust their mystery hoop parameters. They ended up sending my favorite color!! The hoop size was maybe a little small for me, a 56yr beginner that hasn’t exercised for awhile. I’ve been working on it & getting better but might recommend a larger hoop for a similar type beginner as I am unless you already have a strong core.
I got a great hoop for beginner hooping. It is larger and therefore slower, which makes learning moves a bit easier. Because of its size it’s a little heavy but I’m sure I’ll get used to that as I get stronger!
I love it and am hooked!
I’m a total beginner but having lots of fun with my new toy!!
While I still miss the swish-swish of the ball bearings that were in mine as a kid, this is a much nicer version than anything I found at any store. It came quickly and was easy to snap together (after it rested--that was the hardest part ever).
